On the Standard plan, payments can fail for multiple reasons (ie. there aren't enough funds on your credit card or your credit card has expired).
What to expect after a failed payment?
We hope that you’re able to resolve payment issues quickly, but here’s a simple rundown of what you can expect if not.
⏱ We will attempt to bill your four times within a month. Payment email notification will be send to owner, admin(s) and billing admin.
⚠️ If the last attempts fails, your workspace will be downgraded to the Free plan.
Updating your payment method
If you’ve run into a payment issue, workspace owners or the person who upgraded the workspace can update the credit card directly from the billing page.
